Barbara says that botox can definitely be overdone, and make your face not move.

Elisabeth says that breast augmentation is up 63%, and asks young women to wait until after they have children to have cosmetic surgery on their breasts, after mentioning that she has to pick up and fold her breasts into her bra after breast feeding. (jokingly)

Sherri brings up Ashely Tisdale’s nose job, and the pressure young people feel to look like they do in magazines.

Whoopi says that you can pick it up, cut it off, but you’re still the same person. If you don’t like yourself, go talk to a therapist.

Whoopi introduces Bruce Springsteen’s mother who in in the studio audience, and Barbara tells her that next time she comes, to bring her son.

Whoopi thinks that people like needles more than the knife, as botox is on the rise, and cosmetic surgery is on the decline. She doesn’t understand why people would freeze their faces.

The most popular cosmetic surgery is a breast augmentation, but botox gets rid of wrinkles, and doesn’t pull your face up (as she’s stretching her face back, Whoopi can’t hold it in and breaks out in laughter.) Barbara brings up Restylane to fill in lines.

Sherri brings up Priscilla Presley, and that her doctor went to jail after putting silicone after telling her that it was better than botox.
