Greece - put olive pits in a coffee grinder, put the ground pits in olive oil, and it’s a perfect way to scrub the body, as it exfoliates and will make your body glow.
Japan - Use sake for dark spots, age spots, exfoliator, and 1 cup in a hot bath, get out and take a cold shower, and you’ll be detoxified.
United States - In Georgia, use a peach, rub it on your face for natural alpha hydroxy fruit acid and vitamin c. To use avocados if you have dry or flaky, mix it with 1 cup of yogurt, leave it on for 10 minutes and it’ll get rid of dry skin.
Chile - for tired skin, mash a handful of grapes and flour, make a thick mask, leave it on for 10 minutes, it regenerates your skin, wakes it up, and gives you an amazing glow.
India - Turmeric is used as an anti inflammatory, and use 1 tsp in 1 cup of yogurt to prevent stretch marks. (Sherry is running it on her breasts, Elisabeth is rubbing in on her hips.) Drink 1 teaspoon in milk before going to bed to avoid tired dark eyes in the morning.
Mexico - 3 Tablespoons sugar in a few drops of lemon juice as a perfect scrub for hands and elbows. Don’t do this if you have scratches on your hand, and the lemon will burn like crazy.
(Sherri and Elisabeth are covered in gunk and laughing like crazy!!)
